Position Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing partnerships, and contributing to the long-term growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies in Germany and international markets
• Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with universities, employers, and institutions
• Maintain and expand existing client and partner relationships
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate closely with management, operations, and technical teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university
• Proven or first-hand experience in business development is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Creative, analytical, and structured working style
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Tools & Systems

• CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
• Project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana)
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Your Mission

Build the intelligence engine of SCCG. You will design the logic that reads a CV and automatically identifies missing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build CV Parsing Pipeline (OCR/NLP for PDF CVs)
• Extract structured data (Name, GPA, Experience, Skills)
• Develop Checklist Generator (Rule-based decision engine)
• Implement AI-assisted form auto-fill
• Ensure secure and GDPR-aligned data handling

Requirements

• Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with AI/NLP tools (OpenAI API, LangChain, Tesseract OCR)
• Strong logic and algorithmic thinking
• Understanding of structured data systems

Internship Roadmap

Month 1:

• Create Rules Database (Visa & Education requirements logic)
• Develop PDF text extraction prototype

Month 2:

• Connect CV Parser to intake form
• Enable 50% form auto-fill from uploaded CV

Month 3:

• Refine AI accuracy
• Add logic for different professional tracks (Engineering, Medical, etc.)

Final Deliverable

A fully functional MVP ready for onboarding the first 50 customers.

• Develop Client Portal (Registration, Service Selection, Progress Tracking)
• Build Admin Dashboard (360° applicant view, task assignment, status tracking)
• Implement Notification Systems (Email/SMS automation)
• Ensure responsive, modern, user-friendly UI
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of React.js / Next.js / Vue.js
• Experience with Node.js or Python (Django/FastAPI)
